It was not shocking to me, because I knew that Chicago wasn't going to get the Summer games, but what did Surprise me was that it was the first city eliminated. Obama did all of the promoting only to see Chicago lose in the first round. Obama needs to worry about getting this country in order, before he decides to get involved in the Olympics. Rio going to do a great job hosting and I have been there before so it is a great city.
