If you can jump high enough and have enough arm strength to push you back up then you can try it. Have someone who knows how be there with you to give you pointers. The trampoline gives you the bounce to start the jump and to push you up from your hands. If you think you have that strength go ahead (with help).

good luck :)

Maybe. The trampoline does assist you a great deal, just make sure you have someone to assist you when you first start doing it off the trampoline, and get someone that knows how to assist properly.

Not ..exactly. Even if you don't jump the springs help you spring ur hands but if u try REALLY hard u can probably do it.

well maybe if you aren't timid

but for the first time you do it on grass or whatever..maybe you should have someone spot you and make sure you dont land wrong :)
