Ay, this is better to ask in the gymnastics section, for martial arts have nothing to do with such things, but lucky for you I used to do gymnastics when I was 8 and was supposedly a natural in some aspects.

I always sucked at those things though. For me doing flips on a 13ft high bar was easy, but handsprings and the likes were difficult. So...

1. This will always depend on the person. Some will grasp it fairly quick.

2. Regarding the technique and how it's done and the few ways to do it, a back tuck would be harder.



Like I said I was terrible with the flips and ground stuff. I was usually at the bars, or rings, so sorry if I wasn't too much help.
