I noticed the commentating team for gymnastics were overly critical They have nothing good to say. I went ot the NBColympics.com site, but there was no place to make a comment on the NBC commentating team. These commentators are silent until someone makes the slightest mistake, then they comment on the mistake to the exclusion of everything positive. "That was a disaster! At least 8/10 point deduction. I don't think they can possibly come back from that."

They aggravated me so much that I couldn't enjoy the performances. So, I started watching the gymnastics events with my TV on mute. I just couldn't stand it any more. The last two days, I've been able to actually appreciate the gymnastics events. All I need is to watch the gymnasts then see the score. I can put it together.

Now, I've started watching swimming on mute for the same reason.

I agree like if the athlete makes a little mistake they would talk about it for like 5-10mins talking about this and that and how they could of done better. But I guess the olympic athletes have high expectations to live up to, I mean they are the top athletes representing their countries leaving no room for mistakes. But still I dont see why they have to nag on every little mistake.

The commentating as a whole has been pretty nauseating. There's way too much dirt and details being discussed about the athelete's personal lives. It's like the Jerry Springer Show combined with sports.

NBC and all the other American media are shiet. China rules and they know it. China rules but they can't say it. Those small fools can only take others down a notch in order for themselves to look good. What children and a disgrace to other Americans these losers are.

When you have a reputation of being the best, everyone either hates you, or expect nothing but gold medals. It's just human nature.

Any network that uses Bob Costas as their anchor, has serious problems with credibility. He is so bad.

NBC can't help themselves, any patriotism is bad form at their cocktail parties.

If you hear them speaking without teleprompters it is clear they are not the brightest people in the room.
