I have been throwing discus for about 4 years now, i started throwing in 7th grade and i just started my track year for my jr year in high-school. My farthest throw is 117' 4" out of the South African, i cannot do the spin because my shoes get caught up on the cement, i need to find a good quality pair of shoes that are $100 or under, if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

That's a really impressive discus throw for not spinning! Once you perfect your spin, you're going to be awesome!

When I was in high school track, our best discus thrower used really worn tennis or basketball shoes. He explained that if they were too new, he had too much traction and he couldn't slide the way he wanted. As I remember, he did well enough to get an honorable mention at regionals.

But if your parents aren't cheapskates like my friend's, I found throwing shoes for $60 (US) on adidas.com.

Hope that helps!

you prefer a pair of pairs of footwear, a solid working shoe for warming up and preparation, and a solid pair of sprint spikes. you may visit a working shoe keep that sells spikes and that they are in a position that should assist you stumble on a shoe that suits. you may no longer run the hurdles without spikes and your situations in the sprints purely isn't very solid till you placed on spikes. There are some on line footwear web pages, yet till you may get somebody to assist it relatively is purely approximately impossible so which you will get the right shoe and greater healthful considering you have by no potential worn them previously.
